Don't let your wife control you

She angry, blaming, or sad. This means you're a bad guy, right? This means you've "lost points" right? No. That simply means she's angry, blaming or sad right now. That's it. It doesn't mean anything more in this moment.

Are there larger issues under the surface? Of course! However, her upset doesn't mean you're bad, wrong, or hopeless (even if she says it).

You control your own scoreboard as a man. She doesn't control you and your feelings of worth, purpose, and value. Does it feel bad when she's unhappy? Yes! But don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

You want to lead your wife to more respect.
